FAQ'sThe following is a list of questions that are often asked as we go throught the process of placing a Chocolate Dreams fountain at an event. If you don't find the answer you need here, call us at the numbers below or email us.
Q. Will I need to supply an attendant for the fountain?
A. No, a fully trained attendant will set-up, operate, and remove the fountain.
Q. Do you have any special requirements for the fountain's table?
A. Yes, we need a stable, level table near an electrical outlet.
Q. What about linen to cover the table.
A. We expect the host facility to provide a linen cover for the table.
Q. I would like to have a dipping item that is not on your list. How about it?
A. Call and let us know what you would like. If at all possible we will get it.
Q. Is the table available for a longer period than the standard service?
A. Yes, but there is an extra charge. Please see our "Pricing" page for details.
Q. Are your fountains available during the week?
A. Yes, week-day service will be no problem for us.
Q. Are any discounts available?
A. Yes, events for over 100 people have a discount plan that may interest you.
